At BodyPower Store we’re confident that you’ll be delighted with the quality of the products you purchase, as well as having the goods delivered on time or as stipulated.

7 Days Returns Policy

We do understand, however, that very occasionally a customer may not be satisfied and we offer the option to get those products replaced within 14 days of the receipt of the order.

Conditions for Returns

BodyPower Store will consider either of the following options if you return your goods within the 7-day timeframe:

  • Replace or exchange
  • Issue a Refund if the requested item is not in stock

When can I not return my goods?

Although we endeavour to be as flexible as possible when it comes to customer satisfaction, please note that we will only process return requests that meet the following conditions:

  • Damaged packaging will not be accepted
  • Returned items should have their serial number/bar code intact with its original packaging in place along with any labels.
  • The purchaser should have considered the required storage conditions outlined on the label
  • All return requests should be processed within the specified time frame and should return to BodyPower undamaged or in the same condition as they were received.
